A flurry of activity
September 16th, 2011It’s 58 degrees outside, about thirty degrees cooler than yesterday. It was bright and sunny yesterday, complete cloud cover today. A Few Migrants and a Snake Reappears

Herpetological Happenings: Toads, Skinks, and Snakes!
March 22nd, 2011Toads. American Toads (Bufo americanus) were out mating on Saturday (3/19/11). I’d seen their eggs previously but they were out in force this past weekend! Snakes!
October 28th, 2010I’ve seen three snakes since last Saturday (10/23), a Black Rat Snake, a Northern Water Snake, and a Brown Snake. Water Snake Makes Brief Appearance
